Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I have a huge portrait on the wall?

A: Yes! Of course! Since cardboard is my canvas I can definitely create the size you’d like. The shipping costs go up of course but that is the only limitation.

Q: How can I choose between the materials?

A: I explain the materials further in that section of the About page. Take a look and then let’s discuss it by email or skype.

Q: Can you frame it for me?

A: I can arrange for framing here in Barcelona, yes. I can also provide frame costs, examples and will ask a fair price for the coordination involved (bringing it to the framer and shipping or picking up afterwards. etc.)

Q: Where do you ship?

A: I ship worldwide so you can order it from everywhere!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: After final approval of the portrait by email or whatsapp image, and after the transfer of the second payment has been done, the commission becomes final and non-refundable. I want you to be happy with it before it’s sent!

Q: How do I take care of my portrait?

A: The materials don’t like direct sunlight or heat. Keep that it mind wherever you hang it or put it on the ground if you are going for a studio-feel. Also consider using spotlights or picture lights.
